Play the slide show to see a wide set of examples of reference charts for structured word inquiry that I’ve collected from around the world. Some represent static “finished products”. Some charts are carefully created, but designed to grow with discoveries (yeah sticky notes!). Other images here are taken from from teacher or student work writing on a white board in the middle of an investigation. These are reference charts as well, but many of these will be refined into careful “finished products” over time.
